"RATING: 0 is much too high RATING: -100 I Just come back from picking up my son from Parkmerced in San Francisco. He is sick with RINGWORM and STAPH. I called parkmerced to arrange a meeting. IMPOSSIBLE to even speak to them. They are extremely RUDE and terribly AGGRESSIVE. I didn’t even have the chance to explain the situation. I got insulted after saying that I would like to arrange a meeting with a manager. That was the end of my talking. They refused the arrange the meeting, I got told that nobody is in charge in San Francisco, there is no manager. They added that if I would like to speak with a manager, I should contact NY. I am so glad I went to pick up my son and take him away from this ordeal. He is under treatment now and I hope he will recover soon."
